• When do I recieve my product?

  • Our products are shipped in secure packaging through our courier partners. Our prices include delivery charges and in most cases you will receive your sensor within 7 working days from the date the order was placed. If there is a delay in shipment we will notify you at the earliest.

  • Can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to check your shipment status from the courier website.

  • Do you offer a product guarantee?

  • All of our sensors come with a 1-year guarantee which means we will repair or replace a faulty sensor at no additional cost within 12-month of order date. If your sensor does not work as expected, call us or send an email to [email protected] to tell us what the problem is. Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the faulty device back to Keedagro. The guarantee doesn’t cover theft. Accidental probe damage is covered under the guarantee but any other accidental damage is not.

  • Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

  • You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation, you cannot cancel the order. Call us or send an email to [email protected] to cancel your order.

  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you on your email ID or call on your provided contact number if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

    It happens that the products that you order sometimes remain out of stock and in very rare cases they are wrongly priced, and hence, we need to cancel the order. If such is the case with the products that you have ordered, we may cancel the order on the same or the next day and will inform you the same. We also make sure we refund all the money that you have paid for.


  • Can i get an order refund?

  • All of our products are tested at our warehouse after manufacturing.
    Once the product arrives at your delivery address, you have 14 calendar days to inform us that you want a refund.
    Customers are responsible for returns packaging and shipping costs. Call us or send an email to [email protected] before you ship the refunded product back to us and we will send you a refund confirmation email explaining next steps.

    We will issue a full refund within 3 working days to the credit/debit card used for the order once we receive the refunded product in good condition. We will not issue a refund for a damaged product or if an incorrect or outdate delivery address was provided in the original order form.

  • What if the product received is in damaged condition?

  • If you receive the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery person. Call or send an email to [email protected] and we will ensure that a replacement is dispatched to you at no additional cost.

  • Where do I ship the refunded product to?

  • Our warehouse location changes from time to time so we will advise you of the shipping address in the refund confirmation email.
